Team Challenge ALS is led by GM Sean Marshall and Head Coach, retired NBA Veteran, Darren Collison. Team Challenge ALS will be competing in The Basketball Tournament this summer, which is a 1 million dollar prize tournament, with all games broadcasted on ESPN. Our team was created to bring awareness and raise funds for those fighting this terrible disease. We will donate a portion of the money if we do in fact win a championship.
We will be seeded in the West Virgina Region. The games take place July 25th through 30th. We are looking to raise money so that we can cover the cost of training camp, lodging and travel for our amazing players and coaches. TBT rules state that teams are required to pay for themselves, so we are looking for support to cover the cost.
Each donation is a huge help and is greatly appreciated. Anyone who donates will earn a chance to win items (wristbands, hats, t-shirts, autographs from your favorite players etc).
Team Goal:
Our goal is to use this basketball platform to raise awareness and contribute funds to support those affected by ALS. In a world where acts of kindness are rare, we try to be the exception. We welcome all to join us on our mission to #StrikeOutALS
